The most important part of being a team member at Rainbow is helping service our customers during these traumatic times. Rainbow is a place for employees to bring value to our customers while working together. Rainbow is a fast-paced environment that is experiencing constant growth through out the state of Virginia, we are constantly looking to add new and experienced members to our team.
Primary Duties Include:
· Answer phones and handle incoming calls
· Greet visitors to the company
· Complete inner-office documentation accurately
· Assist in collection of accounts receivable
· Maintain timely communication of information with technicians, service providers, and estimators
Position Requirements
· 1-2 years+ of office related experience
· Excellent organization skills
· Capability to work in a face paced environment
· Ability to learn new software
