Project Manager – Restoration & Reconstruction
- Manage multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and production plans.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate.
- Work with insurance carriers, adjusters, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
- Manage supplements, change orders, and scope revisions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Set and manage customer expectations.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and next steps.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Maintain detailed job notes, photos, and project documentation.
- Verify completion of work prior to project closeout.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- 3+ years of restoration, reconstruction, or construction project management experience.
- Xactimate estimating experience required.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and scopes of work.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
