Territory: Louisville Metro Area & South Central Indiana
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists with key and targeted regional and national commercial accounts.
- Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
- Maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best commercial cleaning and restoration company in the industry
- Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 50” (Top 50 prospects to develop into clients) using our CRM software
- Provide regular updates to management team through one-on-one meetings and sales reporting
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
- A minimum 3 years of progressively responsible local/regional business-to-business (commercial) sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success in the service sector
- Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
- Comfort level using technology (iPads, laptops), social media, and common business software (Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Google)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- Experience or understanding of the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries would be a HUGE plus
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
