What You Bring to the Table:

  • 7+ years in Construction, Restoration, or Remodeling

  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams—coaching, reviewing, and growing talent

  • Proven Project Management experience in dynamic, team-oriented environments

  • A passion for problem-solving, operational excellence, and people-first leadership
