- Job File Coordination (JFC): Review all claims and job files to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and promptly add any missing required information to maintain correct file standards.
- Office Administration: Perform essential office duties, including efficiently answering phones and maintaining the company filing system.
- Must be efficient and highly knowledgeable in computer operation, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary in-house programs.
- Office experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive training will be provided for all job-specific functions.
