- Basic duties include answering a multi-line telephone, daily filing, job file uploads and assisting management in day-to-day operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite and multi-line telephones
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Organizational/filing skills
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fast learner that is excellent under pressure
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40WPM
- **Must be available to work after hours when necessary and weekends during storm season when necessary.
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- 7:30 am-4:00 pm and 8:30 am- 5:00 pm (subject to change)
$15.00-$20.00 BASED UPON EXPERIENCE
