- Manage new project opportunities and customer intake.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, adjusters, and stakeholders.
- Attend site meetings and provide project communication and updates.
- Coordinate Commercial Service Agreements, Rate Sheets, and Scope Documents.
- Assist with scope development, change orders, and project documentation.
- Support project financial projections and maintain version control of approvals.
- Coordinate with Project Management regarding schedules, project expectations, and risks.
- Ensure required documentation is prepared for progress and final billing.
- Assist with customer follow-up and collection efforts.
- Represent SERVPRO® Team Friermuth professionally while maintaining compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Strong customer relationships and communication.
- Organized and accurate project documentation.
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership of outcomes.
- Effective coordination between customers, operations, accounting, and leadership.
- Timely documentation, billing readiness, and project closeout.
- Consistent protection of the SERVPRO® brand and customer experience.
- Experience in restoration, construction, project coordination, property management, insurance, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
