- Identify and document project scope of work as well as obtain customer and client agreements.
 - Maintain excellent customer and client communications.
 - Create schedules, timelines, and project budgets.
 - Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.

- Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience is required.
