National Restoration is the country’s leader in disaster restoration and is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team.
As a Mold/Mitigation Manager you will be an integral part of the National Restoration Management Team and will be responsible for ensuring the compliance to the strategic vision, leadership to the Mold/Mitigation Department and performance of the Department goals. This position will report to the President.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make initial appointment to inspect damaged property within 24 hours
- Schedule mitigation/mold technicians to perform required tasks
- Coordinate hygienist with property owner
- Prepare accurate Estimate
- Send estimate to insurance carrier to be reviewed and approved
- Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure the work contract
- Communicate daily with insured, adjuster and/or insurance carrier
- Enter daily notes and complete compliance tasks for each job
- Maintain accuracy of job board
- Review and approve vendor invoices
- Ensure the Mold/Mitigation Department achieves its financial goals through sales, employee management and budget awareness

- Experience in Next Gear (RMS), Xactimate, MICA preferred
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to background check
- Willing to submit to drug test
- Two years’ experience with estimating preferred
