Job Description for Water Restoration Technician:

Respond to service calls as needed. Perform mitigation services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.
Requirements for Water Restoration Technician:

·         Must be willing and able to work on jobs in which we clean bio-hazards, viruses and various pathogens
·         Must be able to pass criminal background check and have a valid driver license (at least 3 years of driving experience is required)
·         Must be able to be on-call for one week (out of every 3-4 weeks) and respond to after-hour service calls for emergency water mitigation
·         Must be able to consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basis
·         Experience in the water mitigation and fire restoration industry is required

Job Type: Full-time, expected working hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm (later hours are expected, dependent upon on when each job is completed for the day). There is weekly on-call rotation in which you would be expected to be available after-hours for one week out of every three to four weeks. When it is your week to be on-call, you are expected to respond and report to the office within one hour of receiving an emergency services call. There is a bonus system for responding to calls after-hours, in addition to the hourly wages you make.
This position will require longer hours and flexibility in hours is needed..
