Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Manager that is knowledgeable in managing a project in fire/water/mold restoration and remediation; as it pertains to insurance and non-insurance related work. This individual must be self-motivated with strong communication skills as well as a focus on detail. Experience in the insurance industry and/or with homeowners as well as insurance adjusters is preferred, but not required. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will offer benefits and bonus potential.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for someone that has an estimating background in the Insurance Industry with great customer service skills. An individual with Xactimate knowledge (Industry Related Estimating Software) is preferred, but not required.

Essential Functions
  • Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
  • Planning, Budgeting, and Team Execution.
  • Ensure job process and procedures are followed.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels and across the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Manage budgets, change orders, purchase orders and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry is a plus.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
  • A valid driver license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook®, Excel®, and Word®.
  • Proficient with Xactimate® estimating software a plus.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $42,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
