If you enjoy helping people, working with a supportive crew, and staying active throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll respond to service calls, assist with restoration projects, and help customers get their homes and businesses back to normal. You’ll work closely with the crew chief, follow SERVPRO® production guidelines, and help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Load, inspect, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project

  • Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean and organized

  • Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities

  • Set up staging areas and equipment

  • Follow SERVPRO® production guidelines and crew chief instructions

  • Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and team

  • Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup

  • Follow all safety and risk‑management procedures

  • Optional incentive pay available for storm event participation

What You Bring

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred)

  • High school diploma or GED

  • IICRC certifications (preferred)

  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state

  • Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance

  • Ability to work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and at ceiling heights

  • Ability to climb ladders

  • Comfortable with long periods of standing, walking, driving, and physical activity

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals

  • Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
