SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County is hiring a Restoration Sales Estimator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll scope projects, create accurate estimates, and guide customers through the rebuild process after fire or water damage.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Inspect properties and create scopes of work
Write estimates using Xactimate™
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
Identify upgrades and project needs
Keep projects moving from estimate to execution

🧠 What You Need

2+ years in construction, restoration, or insurance adjusting
Experience with Xactimate™ preferred, not required (will train)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
