We’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise as a Fire Damage Restoration Technician. In this role, you won’t just punch a clock—you’ll make an impact. Every day, you’ll be helping families and businesses recover from fire, water, and storm damage, working toward our mission of making it “Like it never even happened.”

What You'll Do:

Respond to restoration service calls and support cleanup operations
Load and prep equipment for jobs; maintain tools, vehicles, and supplies
Set up work areas and assist in restoring damaged homes and businesses
Follow production guidelines and communicate clearly with your crew chief
Ensure the job site is left clean and safe at the end of each day
Maintain safety standards at all times—on the job, in the shop, and on the road

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs with assistance
Willingness to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and get your hands dirty
Valid driver’s license and clean background check
Flexibility to travel locally or out of state when needed
