What You’ll Do
Mitigation Technicians work on-site with a team of Senior Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers to provide industry-leading restoration services. Key responsibilities include:

Evaluating, documenting, and remediating damage caused by water, fire, mold, and storms.
Operating state-of-the-art tools and equipment, such as water extractors, air movers, and dehumidifiers.
Communicating directly with customers to provide peace of mind while coordinating with the team to ensure high-quality service.
Supporting business operations, including inventory management, reporting, and adhering to safety protocols.

Position Requirements:

High character with a focus on honesty, integrity, and accountability.
Strong work ethic with flexibility for long or irregular hours (including weekends).
Ability to operate safely in potentially hazardous environments.
Demonstrated ability to work well on a team and communicate effectively.
A high school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Background in construction, renovation, or handyman work.
Familiarity with restoration equipment and technology, including smartphones and specialized software.
IICRC certifications or experience with water and fire damage restoration (preferred but not required).
A Veteran’s mindset or military experience is a strong asset.
Leadership potential and a desire for career growth.

Compensation & Benefits
